3. Hotel Vouchers confirmed with details of hotel, name, address contact number.
4. Return ticket.
5. Income tax returns/form 16 for last 3 years.

7. Salary Slips for last 3 months - if employed
8. Original Leave letter from Employer / School / University.
9. Company registration proof eg. Shop Act / MOA / Deed - if self employed.
10. School/College ID card copy / Bonafide Certificate - if student.
11. Retirement proof eg. Retirement Letter / Pension book - If Retired.
