Israel Tourist Visa application document: -

• Passport: Original Valid passport for 03 months from the date of arrival in Israel.
• Photo: 2 photographs: 5.5X5.5cm, white background matt finish . And need photo soft copy 
• If the applicant has a Business/ company’s Account, please also attach a copy
  of that account (for the last 4 months) and a copy of PAN Card for the company.
• Travel Ticket –Booking (NOT CONFIRMED TICKET)
• If Employee NOC from the place of work for your travel (In Original) + 4 months pay slip.
• Travel and Medical insurance with COVID Coverage.
• Tour Program (Day-to-Day Itinerary) including Hotel Reservation.
• Original personal Bank statement for 6 months with bank stamp and sing .
• Aadhar Card Copy.
• Last 03 Years ITR.
• If self Employed Company GST Registration 

IMPORTANT REMARKS
1. If applicant has entry /exit stamp for any one of the following countries with the valid
visas (in the last 3 years from the date of submission of application): USA/ Canada/
Schengen/ Australia.
In addition, if the applicant has the visa/s to Israel that has been used (Entry/ Exit
stamp) in the past 3 years from the date of submission of application.
Then Bank statement/ Flight ticket /Salary slip/ Hotel Booking- NOT required.
 

2. Submit all the above mentioned documents Only in A4 size and not in back to back
format.
 

3. IN CASE OF MINOR ACCOMPANYING PARENTS: -
a) Need original Birth Certificate with Apostille (attested by MEA).
b) Parents (Father & Mother) need to visit IVP at the time of Submission for
signing the Minor consent form.
c) In case one of the parents is not in India then he/ she must sign the Minor
consent form at Embassy of Israel in that particular country.
 

4. The Embassy may ask for additional documents or requests for the Interview.

5. While submitting the ISRAEL VFS Can ask for any additional document.
