4. Day to Day Tour itinerary.
5. Air tickets.
6. Income tax returns or Form 16.
7. Original bank statement for the last six months with bank stamp and sign. Bank balance required a minimum Balance Rs -140000.
8. If employed required Salary Slips for the last 3 months.
9. Original Leave Letter from Employer/School/University.
10. Retire proof /Pension order- if retired.

8. Confirmed air ticket with PNR No.
