6. Original personal bank statements for last 6 months with healthy and sufficient balance.
7. Salary Slips for last 3 months - if employed
8. Original Leave letter from Employer/School/College.  hotel booking.
9. If Self Employed require Shop Act/MOA/Deed.

1. Passport & Visa copies.
2. Invitation letter from the host in Belgium.
3. 1 Accommodation proof in Belgium.
4. Relationship certificate if visiting family.
